ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER OR YOUR MERCHANDISE WON'T BE ACCEPTED. RMA NUMBERS ARE GOOD FOR 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE AND PRODUCTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITH 14 DAYS OF THE RMA NUMBER’S ISSUE DATE.

- ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE ACCORDING TO TRACKING NUMBER.
- DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WILL BE REPLACED FOR THE SAME STYLE OR WILL BE CREDITED BACK IN THE ACCOUNT. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS.

Return Processing

Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing and 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card. Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our location.

The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.
